Ordering is easy and convenient. After placing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation. Your order will arrive within 5 business days (excluding Friday, Saturday, and holidays), depending on your location. Shipping is free for orders over 350 NIS, delivered to your home. For orders under this amount, the shipping fee is 35 NIS. We do our best to deliver orders on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, unforeseen circumstances, or any other event beyond the company's control.If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details provided by the customer, you will be charged for shipping and handling.

For your convenience, you can pay for your order using various payment methods: credit cards, BIT, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Additionally, you can spread the payment over up to 3 installments. All payment details are encrypted and secured to ensure a safe shopping experience.

Exchanges and returns can be made within 14 business days of receiving your order. To return an item, please contact our customer service via support@livelle.com. A courier will pick up the product within 3 business days. A refund will be issued within 14 business days of the product being collected, provided the item is returned in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and without damage. If the return doesn't meet these conditions, no refund or credit will be issued. The company reserves the right to consider each case individually. The company has sole discretion regarding returns due to complaints regarding defects or damage. The cost for returns or exchanges is 35 NIS. The company may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower. If the product is found to be defective by the company, the cancellation fee will not apply. All of the above is in accordance with the law.

The products have licenses or notifications in accordance with regulations and include complete product files, laboratory tests, and toxicological safety assessment reports conducted in Europe. Additionally, the company's products have undergone dermatological clinical trials conducted in a European laboratory.

The eye products have undergone ophthalmological tests, and the children's products are suitable for sensitive skin and are hypoallergenic.
